!. Crew is insane. I think the last you've heard, I was sitting seven in the barge. Well, I've moved up in the world. Significantly. I'm now stroke in the freshman/novice eight. That's pretty good- especially at 100 lbs... This weekend I'll be going to my first race. (Last one my entire boat got sick, but for me and two others... It sucked. It was totally out of state.) But, now I'm freaking out because it's a 5000 meter (~3 mile) race. That takes about twenty minutes to row. If you're going fast. The whole time. And what's even greater: I'll be rowing in a four. not eight, only four. That sucks. It's four less people to help move the boat. And, the coxswain sucks. A lot. We're screwed over so many times, it's not funny.
@. On another note, I managed to recieve all "A's" on my first quarter report card. That's pretty good. You know with IB, crew (every day now), and robotics, it means something. Maybe. Anyway, I hate biology now, and math totally sucks. I'm already bored with orchestra, and can't wait to take Psych next year. I also have an utter dislike for homework. (Nothing new there.)
#. Yesterday, my robotics team won a big tournament without me (crew), and apparently got another award as well. I wish I could have been there. Oh well. Sigh.
%. Have you figured out my numbering system yet? I hope so. Does anyone have any good books to read? I ran out again. I've recently read Pride and Prejudice (good), Shiver (great), and the first two Wicked books: Witch and Curse (Not sure how I feel about those...). I started Sense and Sensibilty just because, but didn't like it as much as Pride and Prejudice. Also started Sense and Sensibilty and Sea Monsters. It's funny, but almost too parody-like. I think I'm going to start Bones to Ashes, by Kathy Reichs (a most awesome forensic anthropologist/creator of Bones). We are being forced to read The Odyssey in school, which wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't already read several versions of it. And it requires work... So, as you can see, I am a little out of sorts. Please do try to stay away from the whole vampire romance novels, though. It's getting slightly old. Oh, that's including werewolves, unless there's a lot of gore. Or it's not Twilght-like. (No offense.)
^. Sorry this is so long. Thanks to those of you who are actually reading it. Here's a quick count down for various things:
Birthday: 18 days.
New Moon: 7 days. (sorry...)
Head of the Giblet (Turkey Lake): 6 days
Thanksgiving Break: 11 days
Most likely difficult Bio test: 5 days
Sleep: Never
Did I miss anything important?
Bye.
